Our Projects

Our 18-unit apartment project, located in Dhahran comprised of two buildings with 9 units each, was designed to create a homey and welcoming feel. Built for off-plan sales, the project achieved outstanding success and was delivered to highly satisfied customers. Despite design limitations imposed by the neighborhood's building code, we managed to craft a unique architectural identity that stands out among neighboring properties. With a focus on premium quality, the project exemplifies our commitment to providing exceptional homes that exceed expectations.

Dan 3 Project is located in the vibrant Al-Rawabi neighborhood in Khobar, at a prime location in the heart of the city. It is surrounded by business hubs, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and entertainment centers. Designed with a distinctive architectural character, Dan 3 draws inspiration from the region's coastal essence.
The project comprises 34 residential units of various sizes and layouts, ensuring that each unit has its own unique identity. At Rowana, we prioritize the residential experience, carefully designing spaces and interiors to meet residents' needs while emphasizing aesthetic appeal, integrating natural lighting, and providing outdoor spaces to enhance the quality of living.

Teal Homes is a project comprising 46 residential units, including duplex villas and townhouses, located in the vibrant Al-Rakah neighborhood in Khobar. The project is situated in a prime location, offering convenient access to essential amenities and services. It boasts a modern and minimalist design, with a strong emphasis on aesthetic details that create a distinctive identity for each unit.
The project ensures complete service independence for every unit, featuring parking for two cars and four master bedrooms thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of modern families. Unit sizes range from 165 square meters to 280 square meters, providing diverse options to suit various preferences. Teal Homes reflects Rowana's vision of delivering residential spaces that seamlessly combine functionality and beauty.
